Exhibit space price is $2,500 for a 10’x8’ booth space with table, internet and electrical connectivity. This includes one free Prime Time conference registration (excludes iPod touch). Exhibitors are to provide their own booth. Audio visual equipment rental is available upon request. A secure room for locking up A/V and computer equipment will be provided. Security will be provided by Prime Time. Exhibit areas will be open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Thursday February 18th, and 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Friday February 19th. Set up time to be confirmed. Booths are to be dissembled between 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. Friday February 19th.
