Exhibit space price is $2,500 for a 10’x8’ booth space with table, internet and electrical connectivity. This includes one free Prime Time conference registration ($999 value). Exhibitors are to provide their own booth. Audio visual equipment rental is available upon request. A secure room for locking up A/V and computer equipment will be provided. Security will be provided by Prime Time. Exhibit areas will be open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Thursday February 19th, and 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Friday February 20th. Set up will begin on Wednesday February 18 th from noon to 4 pm, and after 7 pm. Booths are to be dissembled between 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. Friday February 20th.
