Permittee Membership Application

For non-CFTPA members or those ineligible for CFTPA membership, you can access union or guild members under the various CFTPA collective or guild agreements on a per project basis by becoming a temporary CFTPA member. Just fill out this form and fax with payment to: (416) 304-0499.

Permittee Membership Fees
$4,500 + applicable taxes for a series
$4,000 + applicable taxes for a mini-series
$3,500 + applicable taxes for a feature, MOW or pilot

Applicable taxes:

5% for AB, MB, NT, NU, PE, SK & YT,
12% for BC, 13% for NB, NL, & ON
15% for NS
