Current Collective Agreements
There are currently ten agreements we negotiate. Each of these agreements vary from province to province but are still negotiated by our IR team. Collective agreements in Quebec are handled by the APFTQ, but our IR team and the APFTQ jointly negotiate the ACTRA and the WGC agreement.

Independent Production Agreement between CFTPA/APFTQ & ACTRA
Valid from January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2012, this agreement covers performers across Canada except for B.C.
Directors Guild of Canada
2010-2012 DGC-CMPA Standard Agreement
The 2010-2012 DGC/CMPA Standard Agreement is effective June 7, 2010 - December 31, 2012 and is applicable across Canada, outside BC and Quebec.
