The CMPA operates according to the mandates set out by our regionally diverse Board of Directors. The composition of the board reflects the small, medium and large companies that make up the Canadian industry, and is also dependent upon all member companies being majority Canadian-owned. Of the 26-voting members, a minimum of 12 come from television production companies, a minimum of six come from theatrical feature film companies, a minimum of two are in new media, and one is from production services.
